Refunds
Our policy regarding refunds is that we do not offer them. Once payment has been made for the training, participants are expected to attend as scheduled. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, such as health reasons, participants may be permitted to transfer to a future cohort. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Registration/Withdrawal and Admission:
Regarding registration, withdrawal, and admission, Concinnity Limited maintains the right to decline, cancel, or withdraw registrations and/or participation, and to remove any participant from the program at any point if their conduct is disruptive or has a negative impact on the program's success and other participants. In such a rare event, the registration fees will be considered non-refundable.
